What happens if something gets damaged?
All items are looked over before rented out. If something is damaged, please report it to us as soon as you notice it. Per the agreement that was signed at booking, your card on file will be charged the full replacement value
if we rent items, where will we find them on the day of our event?
Any items you have rented will be pulled and and left on the event tables
Any rescheduling request more than 14 days can be rescheduled without an additional cost.
Requests made within 14 days or less will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
Any Cancellation requests made more than 14 days days will result in a refund of 50% of the total scheduled cost. No refund will be issued for requests made within 14 days or less of your scheduled event or session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my date?
Are Utensils, Cups, and Plates included?
No, you will need to supply these yourself.
We do have rental companies we recommend, or you can bring disposables
What if I'm not a photographer and want to book, are there photographers on-site?
We do not have any photographers on site. Your reservation is only to rent the space and props
